How to Create a Winning Product

The easiest way to see if your product is a success or a failure is to go out and test it. If your test market responds to your email marketing campaign, then you know you have a good product.

Here are a list of things you need to get your test group to tell you:

  • You get your test group to tell you about your product.
  • Ask them if they would buy your product from you.
  • Believe in your test groups feedback and more of what they think and not what YOU think.
(Why do you want to believe in what other people think and not you?? Well take for instance a few episodes earlier on "The Apprentice". The successful group did their homework and knew what the most needed piece of technology was for teens - the cell phone! This bit of information tied their spot for clinching this task!)

Now the big difference between a winner, and a loser is that the winner will listen to the test groups no matter what he or she thinks. If the groups tell him that his red-hot favorite product is a lame dog, then he'll drop it immediately. Losers will back their hunches right down the line until they go broke....

Now apply the facts into your own product and produce a winner for yourself!
