Your relationship with your customers...

Why should customers choose YOU over your competitors?
What are you offering that other businesses aren't?
What are they getting from you that they're not getting from others?


The relationship and bond you create through your sales letters the very first time your prospects get introduced to you...
Convey those unique qualities and benefits to your customers through your letters and web pages.

But even more importantly is how you build a relationship with other businesses, possibly your competitors. Successful marketers possess the same values and qualities in some way or another, establishing a relationship. Find ways to build a strong relationship with them. Once you feel you have progressed enough, start a joint venture to help each other grow with your businesses.

Marketing is really about effective communication and using it to build strong, positive, mutually-beneficial "relationships" with the people around you.
